1. 1 large garlic
2. 1-3 red thai chili
3. 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
4. 1 cup shredded papaya, lightly packed
5. optional: 3 strings of green beans, cut into 1 inch length
6. 1 tsp shrimp paste
7. ½ TSP fish sauce
8. ½ TSP lime juice
9. 1 TSP sugar
* Use green papaya
* Peel off the green outer layer
* Shred papaya into little strips
** For easy and best results, use the shredding tool in the picture… can be found in most Asian grocery stores. This one I bought it from Duangrat Oriental Food Mart in Falls Church, VA.
