These spring rolls are superb!! I've made them several times, and they are simple to throw together, and make a healthy, light meal. They would even be great for entertaining... cutting in half and placing on a platter for guests.

Hello! Thank you for visiting One Wandering! I received your comment, and after checking out your blog I've added you to my blogroll.

I haven't done ANY Thai cooking before, in fact, I had my first Thai food experience about two months ago with a friend! But I'm intrigued by your site/recipes, and think I might try cooking it myself now!

Can you please offer some suggestion of "hotness" along with the recipe, or perhaps how to dial a dish down or up? Many of my friends have warned me that some Thai dishes are extremely hot and I should be careful.
